Computer Science 239: Parallel Simulation
General Information
- Instructor: Rajive Bagrodia
- Meeting Time: Monday and Wednesday, 12 to 2pm
- Room: Boelter Hall (Note: changed from BH 4549)
Overview
This course will cover issues in the design and execution of parallel discrete-event simulation models. Four broad areas of study will be covered: synchronization algorithms for parallel discrete-event models, software (operating systems, languages, and programming environments) to program parallel models and support model execution, evaluating performance of parallel simulation models, and applications of parallel simulation.
See the detailed course outline for more information.
